  1. How did we obtained your data and for how long do we keep your personal details?

 

Personal data has been provided by you through the forms in the website and will be kept for the period of time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the right of deletion or revocation of consent had not been executed.

In that case, your data will be blocked and kept in order to meet possible responsibilities arising from the treatment in accordance with the legally established periods.

Regarding the management of applicants, the CVs will be kept for 2 years since the last updating of the document. From this period, those that have not been updated will be deleted unless you request otherwise.

 

  1. To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

The personal data processed will be communicated to other companies of the Group and, in particular, data from clients and web users can be communicated to the following recipients:

  • Banks and financial institutions.
  • Office of consumers and users in case of claimings
  • Under the provisions of the Law, as the case of security forces and bodies.
  • To public administrations to which INCOSA has to provide information in order to comply with our legal obligations.

 

  1. Which are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

Additionally, we inform you that when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights or the way of exercising them, you may file a claim with the Control Authority. If you want to know more information about this right and how to exercise it you can contact the AGPD:

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. INCOSA will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

In certain circumstances, the interested party will have the right to receive the personal data which concerns, that has been provided, in a structured format, for common use and mechanical reading, and communicating them to another person in charge of the processing.

Interested persons will have the right to oppose, for reasons related to their particular situation and without there being legitimate reasons that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party, that the personal data that concerns them are subject to processing based on compliance with a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers or for the satisfaction of legitimate interests of INCOSA, including the elaboration of profiles.
